A short description of the bread-slicers (breadcutters):
The machine is modern designed and corresponds to all the technical and functional requests (postulations) for these kind of machines.
The materials of the highest quality and the corresponding (food and ecology standards) surface covering are used in production. The construction and design of the machine make the use of the machine safe and simple. The bread slicer (breadcutter) is powered (electrically driven) by an electric motor, suitable ON/OFF switch and three-phase plug. The switch is specially designed with fuse/breaker against repeated ON switches in case of cutout of the circuit and a special termical couple against overburdening. The bread-slicer (breadcutter) operates very silently and quietly. The machine has also the breaker (aculator) for emergency switch off. Therefore the CE quality certificate was acquired.

The blades:

The slices of bread fall into a box /basket at the machine. The breadcrumbs fall into a drawer which is in the lower part of the bread slicer (breadcutter). The feet of the machine are equipped ( assembled ) with levelling screws with which the machine is equlibrated horizontally.
