Maintance and guaranty:
All the spare parts are always available. The product is guaranteed for a period of TWO YEARS after the date of purchase against defects due to faulty workmanship or materials.The guarantee covers both parts and labour. The bread slicer (breadcutter), the name DOMINA and the blades are subject to registered TRADE MARK.

How to use bread-breadslicer (breadcutter):
The bread-slicer (breadcutter) is suitable for cuting all kinds of bread (round loaf, small round loaf, long loaf , pan loaf, French loaf, etc.)

Security:
The bread-slicer (breadcutter) should be used ONLY in accordance with all corresponding safety regulations (technical security/safety, sanitary/hygienicall). Before functioning (cleaning,greasing, repairing,etc.) the main plug SHOULD BE REMOVED from the wall socket. Damaged three-phase plug,cable ,switch , etc. should be removed immediately. The bread-slicer (breadcutter) is manufactered to comply with the valid Slovene regulations and the requirements of the Council/EEC.

Maintance:
The maintenance of the bread-slicer (breadcutter) is very easy. All three screwed covers could be easily removed to grease, the V - belt to tighten and the spring of the handle to set.

The V - belt is set by removing the electomotor carrier below.

The blades are replaced in this way :

• release the screwbolt and locknut in the upper part of the frame
• pull out the pin in the upper part of the frame
• set up the old ( damaged ) blade inversely.

Please take care of the proper tension of the new blade (in accordance with the other).

The power of the handle is set with spin and sleeve .Push the sleeve to the right and turn it forward or backward. So the spring, which pushes the handle, is tightened up or released.

The other steps of maintenace should be done by experts.
